Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery within Chandigarh


  • Orders received received before 5 PM will be delivered within the same day by our reliable delivery agent/partner and the orders received after 5 PM will be delivered on the next day.
  • Delivery time will be normally: 9 AM to 8 PM
  • Delivery charges will be extra and can be seen on the order detail page once the order is confirmed by us.
  • Payment options include cash on delivery and online payment.


Domestic & International Shipping


Shipping within India

  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post, after receiving order payment from the customer.
  • Delivery time will be normally: 2 to 14 working days from the date of shipping by us.
  • Customers can track their shipments on the mobile app using the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.
  • Shipping charges will be extra and can be seen on the order detail page once the order is confirmed by us.

Shipping outside India

  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post, after receiving order payment from the customer.
  • Delivery time will be normally: 5 to 28 working days from the date of shipping by us.
  • Customers can track their shipments on the mobile app using the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.
  • Shipping charges will be extra and can be seen on the order detail page once the order is confirmed by us.
  • Customers may be liable to pay import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.

Pre-payment of the order is required before dispatch.


KUMAR BROTHERS CHEMISTS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities. However, we guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company/postal authorities within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation and payment.


Delivering the shipment is subject to the norms and policies of the respective courier company/postal authorities.


In the event of parcels being damaged in transit, customers should try to reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service for further assistance. If the parcel has been delivered without the customer's presence, they should contact customer service to discuss the next steps.



Change of Delivery Address


  • Customers can request a change of delivery address before the order has been dispatched.
  • Please contact customer service to make the address change.


Items Out of Stock


  • If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching the order.
  • Existing items in the order will be reserved until the out-of-stock item is restocked.
